I entered the code and it says PROMO- Not qualified
I can’t seem to get the Save $10 on any $10 coupon from JC Penney. Any suggestions.
Im not really sure what’s going on? Are you trying to buy something under $10? I just added a link in the post to a screen shot of a test order I just did showing the code working.
